Anthony DeVivio has always been praised as a highly resourceful, results-driven leader. He continues to build upon that stellar reputation as Halstead Property's Director of Sales in the Harlem and Riverdale offices. A local Harlem resident, Anthony applies his extensive skills and knowledge as a former broker and manager to the continued growth of Halstead's market share in these two dynamic neighborhoods.
After a successful 24 year career in executive management in the retail financial services industry, Anthony transitioned to the world of high-end residential real estate in Corcoran's Hamptons office. His seasoned interpersonal, sales, marketing and managerial skills were a huge asset to the company and Anthony utilized these talents to launch a successful real estate career. Specializing in high-end sales in the East End of Long Island, Anthony was widely recognized for his impressive marketing tactics of luxury single-family properties in the local area.
Prior to joining Corcoran, Anthony rose through the ranks of the financial industry for more than two decades, from Financial Advisor Trainee to Executive Vice President, Director of Separate Accounts and President of Retail for the Dreyfus Corporation. His outstanding work at Dreyfus resulted in a complete overhaul of Dreyfus' retail business which included the restructuring the management team, hiring over 200 brokers to manage the assets of high net worth clients and improving net flow of assets by over $3 billion annually in less than four years.
Anthony graduated from Whittier College in Los Angeles, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is actively involved with a number of charities including the Boys Town and The Retreat in Easthampton.
