Meet the Global Services Team

Sharon E. Michnay serves as Executive Director of Corporate Business Development for Halstead. In this capacity, she oversees the Global Services Division and directs business development functions including the creation and implementation of corporate initiatives, the identification of new revenue streams and the development of strategic corporate alliances for the company. Sharon executes these tasks with an uncompromising dedication to quality, ethics and service.

Sharon began her career in Manhattan real estate as a licensed real estate salesperson shortly after her own relocation from the Midwest. She joined the Halstead team in 1998 as a Relocation Counselor. In addition to her ascent to Director, she has obtained her Broker's License from the State of New York, her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) from the Employee Relocation Council. Sharon is also a proud member of Relocation Directors Council, Inc.

Victoria Gulla provides her clients with an insight into New York City real estate which can only be obtained through experience as a sales and rental agent. In addition, she owns an investment property and also served as treasurer and secretary of her condo association for 5 years. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods and of the challenges faced by those wishing to buy, sell, rent or lease gives her the ability to prepare clients for the process while positioning them for a successful experience.

Victoria's market knowledge combined with her attention to detail make her an asset to anyone relocating to or investing in New York City.

A native New Englander, Victoria and her husband enjoy living in the Seaport area of Lower Manhattan.

Ann Kiel brings to Halstead a wealth of knowledge that comes from 20 years of helping individuals and families relocate to New York and the surrounding areas. She acts as an advocate for our customers, supplying each one with the information necessary to prepare them for the purchasing or renting process that lies ahead.

Ann's extensive relocation industry experience combined with her commitment to compassionate service makes her a valuable resource for anyone considering moving to or from New York City.

Ann has a Master's degree in counseling and resides in Manhattan, which she loves.
