Halstead Joins 'Antique Row'

Halstead Property, LLC has announced plans for a new Brooklyn storefront office which will be located on the historical "Antique Row" in Boerum Hill. The Atlantic Avenue office will be the third Brooklyn office for Halstead Property, which has two existing storefront offices at Court and Montague Streets.

Located at 495 Atlantic Ave. between 3rd Avenue and Nevins Street, the ground-floor office space will be renovated and expanded to maximize space. Upon renovation, the office will accommodate up to 25 agents and staff.

"One of our top priorities for 2008 was to expand and enhance Halstead's presence in Brooklyn and we accomplished this goal in two ways: first, by securing this office space in such a well-respected and bustling area and second, by renovating the storefront of our existing Montague Street office. We hope to have the renovations at the Atlantic Avenue office and the office enhancements at Montague Street finished by 2009," said Diane M. Ramirez, president of Halstead Property.

All three offices in Brooklyn will be managed by Bess Dulany, director of sales in Brooklyn. A native of Brooklyn boasting more than 15 years of experience, Dulany was instrumental in locating and securing the new office space.

"It was imperative that we find the ideal space in Brooklyn -- one that met our corporate initiatives of having a storefront in a highly trafficked area, as well as a location that has a great neighborhood energy." she said
