Halstead ready for phase 2

Halstead Property Development Marketing announced that the first phase of a two-building development, Windows on 123 Apartments, a luxurycondodevelopment in Harlem, is sold out and that the launch of sales has begun at Windows 123 Lofts, the development's nearby sister property.

Windows on 123 is a 34-unit development at 117 and 129 West 123rd Street near Lenox Avenue. Both buildings were developed by R&B Development, the same firm behind such city additions as The Gotham Hotel in midtown, as well as several Harlem developments such as The Carriage House, SoHo North and 50 West 127th Street.
