Halstead's Gold Touch

Halstead Property Development Marketing has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 109 Gold Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
Construction is nearly complete at the boutique 7-story condominium comprised 33 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments which ranges in price from $325,000 to $1,075,000.

PS90 goes to top of the class

West 174th Street Associates LLC, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, Inc., announced that 80% of the units are closed or under contract at PS90, a residential development in Harlem.
According to the developer, eight new closings were completed in the building at 220 West 148th Street in the last four weeks.
PS90 is a redevelopment of a circa 1905 elementary school, which is now home to 75 studio, on-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Remaining units at the award winning property range from approximately 762 to 1,579 s/f and from $445,000 and $849,000.
Three penthouse one bedroom apartments remain with private terraces of approximately 135 s/f.
"We feel particularly proud of this development as we reach this new benchmark in our sales effort at PS90," said Lisa Gomez, executive vice president of development at L+M Development Partners, Inc., the lead developer of PS90.
