Cogswell Realty and Halstead Property Development Marketing re-launched sales at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell last week.
A new residential development in Harlem, 2130 ACP is a seven-story building with 46 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from $289,000 to $949,000.
Located at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard at West 127th Street, pre-sales at the development began initially in 2008, although the developer subsequently suspended sales until construction was complete.
Sales resumed with the opening of two model apartments in the now move-in ready buildings.
