5th on the Park tops Harlem sales list
Halstead Property Development Marketing announced that 5th on the Park, a full-service high rise on Upper Fifth Avenue, closed a total of 28 units between January and October 2011, the most out of any new development property in Harlem.
The other top Harlem developments in terms of closings are also marketed by Halstead, including runners-up 88 Morningside (88 Morningside Avenue) and PS90 (220 West 148th Street) tied with 24 closings; Gateway Towers (2098 Frederick Douglass Boulevard) and 2280 FDB (2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard)with 23; and Windows on 123 (117 West 123rd Street) with 16 closings.
