Halstead Property president Diane M. Ramirez was recently invited to speak at a private event hosted by Jose Ribes Bas, director of the Spanish real estate firm
Rimontgo.
The conference, held in Madrid from July 9 to 11, was specifically designed for elite Spanish private and commercial property investors.
"Over the past several years, we have built a strong relationship with Rimontgo and I am thankful that our respective company's commitment to working together has resulted in yet another successful program," said Ramirez.
"We have moved beyond simply the promotion of properties and into bringing valuable services to each others clients. It was an honor to present to such a well-respected group and share information with them on the strength, resiliency and investment opportunities available in New York City."
"We are consistently growing our visibility with international buyers and investors and we are able to accomplish this in great part through our active participation with some of the world's leading real estate organizations such as the European Real Estate Network (EREN), Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World," said Sharon Michnay, director of Corporate Business Development for Halstead Property.
"While real estate is undeniably a local business, to stay on top in the era of globalization, a company must do more than advertise abroad, it must think and act globally. That is the commitment we have made to ourselves and our partners worldwide and we couldn't be more pleased with the results."
In addition to Halstead Property, the only other United States strategic
partner of EREN was invited to participate in the conference to address both residential and commercial property in Florida. Michael Saunders, founder and president of Michael Saunders and Company as well as Dennis Dahm, director of Michael Saunders commercial division, presented at the conference.
Rimontg6 offers private investors and enterprises the possibility of buying the most exclusive properties in Spain, the rest of Europe and also in the United States. Its real estate luxury portfolio includes 1000 properties in Manhattan, 700 in New York.
