Sol About The Buyers

Halstead Property Development Marketing announced that construction is complete at Harlem Sol, a new two-building development at 121 and 123 West 131st Street between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.

Construction began in 2007 and was completed last week.

The development is comprised of two adjacent but different buildings: Harlem Sol 121 is a brownstone completely renovated and restored; and Harlem Sol 123 is new-construction building. Both are available for immediate occupancy.

According to the developer- Design & Development Group- 25% of the total available units are in contract.

One of four units is in contract at 121 West 131st leaving two floor-through one-bedroom homes and a two bedroom, and a 1.5 bathroom duplex with a private rooftop deck. Two out of eight units in contract at 123 West 131st, with six units remaining in a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom duplexes. They range in price from $299,000- 729,000 and in size from 524- 1,183 square feet.

"We're quickly finding that having these two distinct approaches to space and lifestyle makes it very attractive to a wide variety of buyers," said Stephen G.
