Halstead Property reports that two of its agents, both Brooklyn residents, were recently honored by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Gary Friedland, who won REBNY’s Deal of the Year Award, lives in Carroll Gardens, and Ari Harkov, who received REBNY’s Most Promising Rookie Award, lives in Williamsburg.
Both work out of Halstead’s Village office in Manhattan.
Friedlander’s deal was for a property in Harlem, according to Robyn Kammerer, vice president of communications for Halstead, who described the transaction as “difficult and arduous.”
Harkov’s award was based on his efforts at contacting FSBO (For Sale by Owner) ads and successfully converting them to listings for Halstead.
