President of Development Marketing
Halstead Development Marketing reports the start of closings and the first move-ins at The Heritage, a new luxury condominium building at 309 Second St. in Park Slope.
According to Stephen Kliegerman, Halstead’s executive director of development sales, the four-story building is now 70 percent sold.
Said Kliegerman, “Now that construction is complete, we’re excited to offer residents the opportunity to live in a unique development in the thriving cultural center of Brooklyn’s Park Slope.”
The six remaining units (of 21) are one- and two-bedroom residences ranging in size from 940 square feet to 1,330 square feet. The price range is from $775,000 to $975,000.
Kliegerman credits the quick sales to the spacious designs, onsite parking garage, and indoor and outdoor play-rooms, among other amenities.
Also, as previously reported in the Eagle in March, each of the condos has its own private balcony, garden or rooftop cabana.
The Heritage was developed by PRD Realty Corporation, which is led by Scott Domansky. The property has been in Domansky’s family for generations.
Domansky said in March that his goal was to create family-friendly condos in this family-friendly neighborhood.
“The Heritage is within walking distance to four private schools and 10 public schools,” Domansky told the Eagle at that time.
The building is designed by Architect Karl Fischer with interiors by Durukan Design.
