New Halstead Brooklyn Office Will Add 25 Sales Agents

Halstead Property, already with two offices in Brooklyn — on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights and on Court Street in Cobble Hill — will open a third.

This storefront office will be on Atlantic Avenue’s “Antique Row” in Boerum Hill, according to Bess Dulany, director of sales for Halstead Property Brooklyn.

A native of Brooklyn boasting more than 15 years of experience, Dulany was instrumental in locating and securing the new office space at 495 Atlantic Ave., on the north side between 3rd Avenue and Nevins Street.

It will be renovated and expanded to accommodate up to 25 sales agents and staff.

“One of our top priorities for 2008 was to expand and enhance Halstead’s presence in Brooklyn,” said Diane M. Ramirez, president of Halstead Property. “We accomplished this goal in two ways: first, by securing this office space in such a well-respected and bustling area; and, second, by renovating the storefront of our existing Montague Street office. We hope to have the renovations at the Atlantic Avenue office and the office enhancements at Montague Street finished by 2009.”

Ramirez added, “It was imperative that we find the ideal space in Brooklyn — one that met our corporate initiatives of having a storefront in a highly trafficked area, as well as a location that has a great neighborhood energy. The location on Atlantic Avenue met all of these requirements.”
