55 Percent Of Dumbo's Kirkman Lofts In Contract
Today the reps for the condo at 37 Bridge Street, Kirkman Lofts, sent out a press release saying 55 percent of the building’s 45 units are in contract, and move-ins should start before the year’s out. Prices at the former soap factory are running from $625,000 to $2.4 million. Sales launched in April, so business has been brisk.
