Kirkman Lofts 90 Percent Sold Townhouses Ready
Like pretty much every other new project in Dumbo, the Kirkman Lofts are doing well. As of last week the 90 percent of the lofts were sold. In addition, the three townhouses, which hit the market at the end of April, are now ready for primetime. Above we’ve got a few photos from the interior. The Townhouses A, B, and C are priced at $2.6 million, $2.7 million and $2.9 million for 2,512 square feet, 2,609 square feet and 2,803 square feet, respectively, by Halstead Property Development Marketing.
