Roth Joins Halstead Propertys West Side Office

Perry Roth has joined Halstead Property's West Side Office as a Senior Vice President. A well-known real estate broker specializing in co-op and condominium sales, Perry will be heading up the Perry Roth Team which consists of five real estate brokers and assistants.

In 2009, Roth was awarded the title of Certified Top Agent, ranking him among the top one percent of Manhattan real estate brokers. With more than a decade of experience working as a stock analyst, Roth and his team provide acute financial and market expertise to perspective clients. Prior to Halstead, he worked at Prudential Douglas Elliman.

Born and raised in Long Island, Perry graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Economics. He worked for Value Line Investment Survey where he served as the company's chief Internet analyst for seven years. He now resides in the Upper West Side where he enjoys playing tennis and enjoying various cultural events around Manhattan and the tri-state area.
