Halstead Property Appoints Charlotte Felt As Director Of Sales For Darien And Rowayton

Halstead Property has named Charlotte Felt as the Director of Sales for Halstead Property Wheeler, located in Darien, Connecticut. In her new position, Felt is responsible for the management of nearly 70 real estate agents as well as the strategic growth of the offices.

She is deeply respected by her peers and agents alike as a result of her strong sales experience, her leadership skills and her honest approach. A seasoned real estate professional and longtime Connecticut resident, Felt was most recently in sales management for the past 18 years at Kelly Associates in Darien and prior to that, she held the position of Sales Manager at Realtech Realtors, also in Darien. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Darien Board of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. Charlotte has served several terms as President of the Darien Board of Realtors, Inc. and as Chairman for the Darien Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Committee.
