Recognizing the demand for value and opportunity in today’s real estate market, Halstead Property announced recently that the weekend of October 24th and 25th will be designated as a Weekend of Opportunities. The specially promoted weekend will feature all Halstead Value Factor listings that have passed an internal rigorous process to be noted as “value” property as well as all Halstead exclusive listings that have had a price reduction as of October 1, 2009. The Weekend of Opportunities will take place across three states where Halstead has 19 offices including New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
“The Halstead Value Factor has proved immensely popular with the consumer. Since the inception of this special initiative in May, we established strong guidelines to select some of the best values on the market – and it’s imperative to remember that it is not just price that represents value. There are number of other factors, hence the name. In less than 5 months after launching the Halstead Value Factor, 140 properties have been features and 49 percent are in contract and have accepted offers. This speaks volumes in today’s market,” stated Diane M. Ramirez, President of Halstead Property.
Beginning on Monday, October 19, Halstead.com will feature a new homepage solely devoted to the Weekend of Opportunities. In an effort to keep the search as easy as possible for consumers, Halstead has developed an enhanced online tool to allow users to quickly search for a Value Factor property by neighborhood, price and date of open house. Each Value Factor property includes a brief description as to why it’s a value – and the description is written by the listing agent. The Halstead Weekend of Opportunities will feature some fantastic values including:
