Manhattan-based Halstead Property presented Louise Phillips Forbes with the Change for kids first annual Distinguished Service Award, which was named in her honor. Forbes is an executive vice president of Halstead Property's Park Avenue office. For more than a decade, Forbes has been an enthusiastic supporter and active board member of Change for Kids, a non-profit organization that provides cultural arts programs for inner-city school children.

New York City's leading residential brokers celebrated a year of successful deals while also raising money for charity at The Real Estate Board of New York's 24th Annual Residential Deal of the Year Awards and Charity Gala, held on Thursday, October 25th at the Metropolitan Pavillon.

The winners were Stephen Kliegerman of Terra Holdings Development Marketing, Elise Ehrlich of Halstead Property LLC, Nicolas Palance of Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, and co-broker Ann Ferguson of Klara Madlin Real Estate, Adrian Thompkins and Shebrelle Hunter-Green of Halstead Property LLC, and Elayne Reimer of Halstead Property LLC.
