Following the buyout of Devlin McNiff, Halstead Property is returning to the Hamptons for the first time since the early-2000s. Readers with long memories may recall that's when the company sold its East End interest —Dayton Halstead—to Corcoran. This purchase is just the latest as the brokerage continues to expand outside NYC. Stuart and Lynn Epstein, who took over Devlin McNiff more than 20 years ago, will remain on staff and continue to champion "The power of local".
