As countless TV realty shows prove, revamps of real estate properties are all the rage. But how do you give a real estate company an “extreme makeover”?

Ask Diane Ramirez, president of Halstead Property, who recently announced that her company will undergo a major brand update-including a fresh new ad campaign, innovative logo, storefront changes, customer real estate surveys, broker incentive programs, and community outreach programs.

Ramirez, who was honored along with her husband by the Valerie Fund, which provides healthcare support to children with cancer and blood disorders, is excited about this new phase in Halstead history. “This is not a marketing gimmick, but rather a systemic improvement in the way we do business,” she says.
