Halstead Property Announces Expansion To The Hamptons

East Hampton - Known as the leading residential real estate brokerage firm in the tri-state area, Halstead Property announced their strategic growth to the East End of Long Island with the joining of the highly regarded firm Devlin McNiff. The new company will be known as Devlin McNiff Halstead Property.

Ideally located on 3 North Main Street in East Hampton, the firm will continue to run under the expert direction of Stuart Epstein and Lynn Epstein. Founded in 1971, Devlin McNiff came under the ownership of the Epsteins more than 20 years ago and they have grown the firm to be a leader in the Hamptons marketplace. Effective immediately, Stuart will serve as Managing Director, East Hampton and Lynn will be the Director of Sales, East Hampton.
