Four New York metro area residential real estate firms, including Northport-based Coach Realtors on Long Island, have joined forces to create a partnership called the Tri-State Alliance, to share exclusive property listings online.
The alliance, which includes Halstead Property in Manhattan, Houlihan Lawrence in Westchester County, Turpin Realtors in New Jersey and Coach, was formed so each company’s exclusive listings will be searchable across all four brokerage websites, according to a statement. It brings together 68 office locations, more than 2,900 sales agents and nearly 8,000 exclusive listings.
“Brokers are looking at smarter ways to leverage their online resources to the benefit of buyers, sellers, and the companies themselves,” said L.P. Finn, operating officer for Coach.
