2280 FDB Tops Off In Harlem
To celebrate the recent topping-off at 2280 FDB in Harlem, the building's developer RGS Holdings, LLC hosted a rooftop soiree. The topping-off was completed after the roof was added at the 89-unit new construction residential development located at 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
More than 100 people attended the event, which featured a live DJ, cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres under a full moon. Attendees included Council Member Inez E. Dickens, Community Board 10 Chair W. Franc Perry, Halstead Property Sales and marketing agents, friends of RGS Holdings LLC, and more.
Members of the Jets of Harlem, Inc., a non-profit organization with a mission to help local youth reach their full academic and athletic potential through sports and team-building, also attended as the developers of 2280 FDB have committed to lease community space to the organization for no rental fee for ten years.
