ADG Landsam and Halstead Property Development Marketing announced today that 51% of the units are sold or under contract at ONE48, a new residential development located at 148 East 24th Street in the Gramercy area of Manhattan.
According to the developers, 28 contracts have beeb signed in just 16 weeks on the market. With over 50% of the building's units now in contract at ONE48, closings and occupancy are expected to being in early fall 2011.

Located between Lexington and Third Avenues, ONE48 is a 14-story development with 55 units. The 27 remaining units are comprised of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 453 to 751 square feel in size and priced from $599,000 to $899,000.
