The residential real estate market here is more competitive than ever, but brokers at Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property now have a newly designed technological tool – Realplus Lite Mobile – that provides access to New York City’s most complete database of sales and rental properties, enabling them to stay one step ahead of the competition.
Realplus LLC created Realplus Lite Mobile, New York City’s first completely wireless real estate listings system, to give brokers at both Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property the opportunity to access their company’s entire database of property listings using any handheld wireless device including Treos, Blackberries and Pocket PCs.
In addition to providing real-time access to all property information, Realplus Lite Mobile enables brokers to e-mail this information from their wireless devices directly to their clients. Brokers can also access open house information and contact information, as well as available property photos.
“I recently used Realplus Lite Mobile while showing properties to a young couple, and I was able to find an amazing apartment for them that had just hit the market that morning,” adds Halstead Property Senior Vice President Michael Spodek.
