Manhattan Home Prices Dip
Don't break your lease just yet: The price of a Manhattan home dipped from January into February, but, on average, stayed well above a million dollars.
The average sales price of a Manhattan apartment dropped more than 5 percent,to around $1.21 million in February, down from $1.28 million in the first month of the year, according to a report from brokerage Halstead Property.
The median sales price in Manhattan dipped to $720,000 in February, down from $750,000 in January,according to Halstead.
