A list of more than 1,000 prospective buyers has been
compiled for The Residences at Jefferson Place, a $100 million luxury
condominium complex in downtown White Plains, its developer said. Sales
may not start until the offering plan is accepted by the New York State
Attorney General's Office. The 281 units in two buildings expect to
sell from the low $300,000s to the mid $600,000s, developer JPI of
Irving, Texas, said in a statement.
One of the two buildings, 300 Mamaroneck, is an
eight-story mid-rise building with 237 one- and two-bedroom units. The
second, 31 Greenridge Ave., is a three-story townhouse-style building
with 44 one- and two-bedroom homes. There is also a four-level on-site
parking garage with elevator access and 464 spaces. Amenities include
24-hour concierge service; state-of-the-art fitness room with high-end
strength and cardiovascular equipment; clubroom with fireplace and pool
table; media room with 110-inch projection screen and theater-style
surround-sound system; and a fully equipped business center and
conference room.
