Senator Gillibrand S Hudson Valley House On The Market
Our colleague Sarah Kershaw has the lowdown on Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand’s Hudson Valley home up for sale: a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath house on 13 acres in Hudson, N.Y. The listing over at Halstead Property notes the property’s “spectacular Hudson River views” and “delightful guest cottage.”
Senator Gillibrand put the house on the market in April for $1.71 million, but the asking price has since dropped to $1.48 million. Ms. Gillibrand and her family moved to a house in Washington in 2007, after she was elected to the House of Representatives. Ms. Gillibrand’s office said that she and her husband “plan to buy a house closer to family in the Capital Region.”
