Gregory J. Heym has been promoted to senior vice president of research and communications for Terra Holdings, a privately owned real estate company in New York City. The Wantagh resident also serves as chief economist for the company, which includes Halstead Property, Brown Harris Stevens and Vanderbilt Appraisal. Before joining the company, he was an economist at the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.
