Halstead Property Promotes Marjorie Scarano To Director Of Sales In Stamford Office

STAMFORD, CT—Halstead Property announces that Marjorie Scarano, sales manager of the Stamford office, has been promoted to director of sales.

“Marjorie has been a dedicated member of the Halstead Property team committed to the sales team and expanding our brand in the Connecticut market,” said Diane Ramirez, President of Halstead Property. “A lifelong resident of Stamford, she is familiar with and passionate about the area. We look forward to her continued growth with our company.”

Scarano joined Halstead Property last year as sales manager, overseeing 27 agents in the new office that opened the same time she started. Prior to this position she was the sales manager of Country Living Associates’ Stamford office for 12 years, which closed and reopened as Halstead Property. She has been a licensed Connecticut realtor since 1983.

Scarano is a member of National Association of Realtors; the Connecticut Association of Realtors; the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing Service; and the Stamford Board of Realtors, for which she served as past chairman, assistant executive officer and a member of both the Ethics Committee and Education Committee. She also served two consecutive three-year terms on the Executive Board of the Stamford Board of Realtors. Scarano was the recipient of the Stamford Realtor of the Year Award in 2001.
