Construction is complete at Harlem Sol, a two-building condo project that broke ground in 2007. Twenty-five percent of the total units are in contract, according to a news release. One unit remains at the four-unit Harlem Sol 121 building, a renovated brownstone; two of the eight units are in contract at the Harlem Sol 123, a new-construction building.
