Diane Ramirez Says Low Prices Are Drawing Buyers But No One's Making Offers
On a Fox 5 News segment, Diane Ramirez, president of Halstead Property, said in three or four years, people will look back on this time wishing they had bought a home. Ramirez said the low home prices are bringing potential buyers out to look for deals, but many are taking a long time to look at homes and are hesitant about making an offer. And while there is credit available for mortgages, banks are checking all of potential buyers' references and financial information.
