The 12-story condominium conversion of a former piano warehouse topped off in mid-July. The building will have 37 residences and is scheduled to be completed in October 2008. The units include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging between 714 and 1,166 square feet in size. The building is 63 percent sold. Prices range from $495,000 to $899,000. Occupancy on the lower floors is expected to start in September.

Amenities include on-site parking, indoor and outdoor children's playrooms, storage, balconies, gardens and rooftop cabanas. The building was designed by Karl Fischer, with interiors by Durukan Design.
