Sting Sells At 88 Central Park West
Sting has sold his home at 88 Central Park West after four years of trying to unload the pad, according to the New York Observer. The musician's co-op, which sits on the corner of 69th Street, first hit the market in 2006, with the late Linda Stein handing the $24.9 million listing. The four-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot home has been marketed by Halstead Property's Mark Friedman and Robert Cabrera for $19 million. No word yet on how much the unit sold for. [NYO]
