Halstead Unveils Riverdale Luxury Condo

Halstead Property Development Marketing, LLC, together with Developer Shmuel Jonas, announce the opening of the sales office and model residence for Riverstone, a new condominium in Riverdale, New York. Ideally located on Arlington Avenue among lush tree-lined streets, the building features 26 spectacular residences with top-of-the-line amenities. The prices for Riverstone start at $1.175 million.

Riverstone features two to five bedroom residences that range in size from 1,870 – 3,330 square feet. Attention to detail has not been spared with floor-to-ceiling windows, 10’ ceilings, custom moldings and 7’6” doors as well as Cumaru-Brazilian Teak hardwood floors. The state-of-the-art kitchens include granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and custom cherry-wood cabinetry from MCK +B. The luxurious baths at Riverstone are designed in marble with Jerusalem stone and glass mosaic tile as well as Kohler tea-for-two Jacuzzi tubs, Toto G-Max toilets and frameless glass showers.

“Riverstone provides all the essentials for a luxury lifestyle in a highly desirable neighborhood located just minutes from Manhattan,” says Stephen Kliegerman, Director of Development Marketing at Halstead Property. “Low common charges and a 421-tax abatement help to make Riverstone an unusual value for the lucky homeowners of these residences.”

“Riverstone features a comprehensive roster of amenities for today’s most demanding buyers. The building offers a year-round pool with retractable sun canopy, CYBEX fitness center, and a sauna steam room and spa,” said Shmuel Jonas, developer of Riverstone.

Exclusively marketed by Halstead Property Development Marketing, Riverstone is expected to open for occupancy in the Fall of 2007.
