The Web Marketing Association has awarded Halstead Property's Information Technology Team with a 2006 WebAward for outstanding achievement in website development.
The Information Technology Team includes James Cahill, Executive Vice President/Chief Information and Technology Officer; Vincent D'Agostino, Web Operations Manager; Garland Centrella, Web Developer; and Phillip Massano, Web Content Manager.
The WebAwards are the standards-defining competition that sets industry benchmarks based on the seven criteria of a successful Web site including design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting, and ease of use.
It recognizes the individual and team achievements of Web professionals who create and maintain outstanding Web sites. Halstead's website was judged against other entries in its industry and then against an overall standard of excellence.

The listing system provides Halstead website users with information on over 25,000 Manhattan luxury residences.
Another feature of 180 degree mobility enables the viewer to move freely through the apartment, inspect minute details such as window and closet placement and establish a genuine feel for the apartment. Searching options consist of exact matches, close matches and similar listings to your specified search.
