New York, NY – Halstead Property (www.halstead.com) is pleased to announce that top producer Perry Roth has joined their West Side Office as a Senior Vice President. A well-known real estate broker specializing in co-op and condominium sales, Perry will be heading up the Perry Roth Team which consists of five real estate brokers and assistants.

“We are pleased to welcome Perry Roth and his team to the Halstead family. His extensive experience in the financial sector has allowed him to build a great clientele and we look forward to his continued success at Halstead,” states Michael A. Goldenberg, Executive Director of Sales for Halstead’s West Side office.

In 2009, Roth was awarded the title of Certified Top Agent, ranking him among the top one percent of Manhattan real estate brokers. Prior to Halstead, he worked at Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The Perry Roth Team prides itself on the best strategic marketing and pricing for prospective Manhattan sellers and works closely with buyers to identify the properties that are best suited for them, while remaining within their budgetary parameters. With his real estate expertise, his comprehensive financial experience and his acute understanding of the real estate market has allowed Roth become one of the best negotiators in Manhattan.

Born and raised in Long Island, Perry graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Economics. He worked for Value Line Investment Survey where he served as the company’s chief Internet analyst for seven years. He now resides in the Upper West Side where he enjoys playing tennis and enjoying various cultural events around Manhattan and the tri-state area.
