Harlems 5th On The Park Closes On Highest Priced Unit Above 111th Street Since 2009 2 Point 149 Million Dollars For 4 Bedroom 3 And A Half Bath

New York, NY — Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced that 5th on the Park, a new, full-service residential high-rise on Upper Fifth Avenue, has closed on the highest priced unit above 111th Street since December 2009. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath unit closed on August 17, 2011 for $2.149 million.
The previous top closing prices above 111th Street were also at 5th on the Park, including: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit for $2,342,500 in December 2009; a four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for $2,425,400 in October 2009; and a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit for $2,038,600 in March 2009.
