Sara Rotter Joins Halstead Property As Director Of Sales For Downtown

NEW YORK, NY –Leading real estate firm Halstead Property announced today that Sara Rotter has joined the firm as Director of Sales for Downtown. In her new position, Rotter is working closely with Richard Grossman, the Executive Director of Sales for Downtown. Together, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of Halstead’s two offices in the Village and SoHo as well as the strategic growth of the firm in the Downtown market.

Prior to joining Halstead Property, Sara was the Senior Managing Director for the Gramercy, Flatiron, Chelsea and West Village offices of Citi-Habitats. She produced more than $1.3 billion in sales during her time at the firm and was consistently recognized for her leadership skills and sales results.
