Real estate agents often say the best way to sell a house is to stage it, meaning fill it with furniture that shows off its best features, but strip of it anything that might mask those features (ie: de-clutter and de-personalize). Now, some sellers are using technology to stage empty rooms in online property promos. Check out this story in the New York Times at www.nytimes.com/2010/10/31/realestate/31posting.html.
