Francine M. Schwartz comes to Halstead Property with more than twenty years of experience at such highly regarded firms including the former William B. May Company and Fox Residential Group. Her credo for Real Estate success is: dedication, dedication, dedication. Firstly, she is dedicated and works hard to maximize the potential of each and every agent and broker. Secondly, she is dedicated to operations; she seeks to provide them with the systems, supplies, software and hardware necessary to function seamlessly. Thirdly, she is dedicated to the principles of fairness and honor.
Francine's own history with the William B. May Company stretched more than 18 years upon which she joined Fox Residential Group. History is important to her, having majored in the subject. She is more likely to be found discussing the Ottoman Empire or the roots of the British Royal family than current affairs. As a history student, she is very much attuned to the plight of humanity and belongs to two organizations which focus on this cause. She is a Circle of Life Member of the United States Holocaust Museum, supporting "Learning about the Holocaust" program for students nationwide. This program encourages students to reflect upon morality, understanding the effects of prejudice, racism and stereotyping of society.
In her leisure time, she is an avid reader of everything from "Dostoyevsky to milk cartons", an energetic gardener and an occasional dabbler in oils and watercolors. Francine was born in Belarus (White Russia) and moved to New York as a young girl. She is proud of her family, her husband and two sons - a writer who lives in San Diego and an astrophysicist who lives in Virginia. She supports two charities, the Alzheimer's Association and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Both of these organizations are committed to making great strides in finding new treatments and perhaps someday - a cure. Francine also supports Meals on Wheels Program for shut-ins and elderly.
