With a varied repertoire of experience in the residential real estate business, Stephen brings a remarkable energy and distinct management style to his role as Director of Sales for Halstead's dynamic SoHo office. Stephen manages the operations of the office with an "open door" policy, offering his extensive knowledge of the business, in-depth marketing savvy, and exceptional people skills to the Halstead agents.
Prior to Halstead, Stephen worked for eight years at Warburg Realty, where he first served as the firm's Marketing Director and eventually Director of Sales for its Village office. Before entering the field of real estate, Stephen was Director of Programming for two New York City private clubs, The National Arts Club and The Princeton University Club, where he coordinated and publicized social and cultural events for the club memberships.
A native of Toronto, Canada, he has made New York his home since 1989. He is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature.
