Vasco Da Silva currently oversees the management of an extensive property portfolio for investors and absent homeowners. This includes landlord and tenant liaison, rent collection, payment of maintenance, common charges, real estate taxes and insurance. As exclusive agent for two prestigious prewar doorman buildings at 222 West 83rd Street and 15-17 Park Avenue, Vasco is accorded the responsibility of procuring qualified tenants, negotiating rents and preparing lease documents.

Vasco serves on the Residential Rental Committee at the Real Estate Board of New York and is the recipient of three Real Estate Board awards for outstanding achievement in residential real estate. Vasco knows first hand the "moving experience". He has lived in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Lisbon and New York.
