I own a condo on the Upper West Side on Central Park West.

In 2007 I decided to put it up for rent. At that time, the rental market was hot and there was lots of competition to represent properties. I interviewed several agents associated with the larger realty firms in Manhattan. Amy Rea stood out amongst them as the most enthusiastic and experienced agent, so I selected her to represent me.

Within days, Amy took photographs of the condo, listed it and started to schedule appointments. She educated me about the market, screened potential tenants and even informed me about the steps needed to get the necessary approval for a tenant from my Condo Board.

Throughout the entire process, Amy's enthusiasm and positive energy made a huge difference. In the end, we found extremely reliable tenants and negotiated with them to get the highest rent for a comparable space at that time.
