Brad loves the challenge of finding the right apartment for his clients, no matter how long it might take. He simplifies the complexities of dealing with mortgages, boards and banks in order to get the transaction closed in the most effective manner. Formerly from the Midwest, Brad loves Manhattan and knows his way around its many and varied neighborhoods.
Prior to his real estate career, Brad spent 20 years providing medical practice management where he guided physicians on how to improve the management of their practices.
A resident of Tribeca, Dutchess County, New York and Florida, Brad is an avid golfer and skier.
