Mr. Davis is a skillful facilitator of information, keeping an open dialogue between all parties. He recognizes the dynamic relationship between current market conditions, emerging trends, and price. Mr. Davis uses this paradigm to his advantage when negotiating. My years of experience negotiating result in the best value for my buyers/tenants."
Mr. Davis' primary focus is office/retail/industrial leasing as well as the sale/purchase of commercial user/investment properties.
Before joining the Investment Sales Division of Halstead Property, Mr. Davis worked in the firms Eastside office. He began his career in real estate with Halstead Property in 2003. Prior to Halstead, Mr. Davis assisted Fortune 500 companies with their computer programming/data modeling needs. His client list included: Chubb, Corning Metpath, AT&T, Electronic Data Systems, Automatic Data Processing, and Fair Isaac.
Bruce, his wife Lisa, and Maltese Hampton enjoy their homes on the Upper Eastside and Southampton. Bruce enjoys running, theater, and having fun in Central Park. He also loves sports and is a devoted fan of all New York's sports teams.
