Having a Midwestern background (not to mention extensive work in the service industries,) allows him to conduct every transaction as if he's dealing with the neighbor next door.
A job with the airlines brought BJ to New York over two decades ago and he never left. His love of the city was instantaneous, as it demonstrated so much to offer. His many years in the food industry proved valuable as well as managing two very popular clubs in Manhattan. This combined experience ultimately led to owning a very popular Chelsea restaurant. Now with Halstead, he's a seasoned broker, well-versed in many Manhattan neighborhoods, and he delivers to his customers what they want and when they want it. His goal is to find the right home and best options for each buyer with whom he works, as well as obtaining the highest return on each property when working with a seller.
Now residing in the West Village, BJ has extensive knowledge of the many markets that comprise Manhattan. His customer base is an extremely diverse mix and loves to say that he's 'never met a stranger.' A devoted animal lover, BJ is a member of the ASPCA and supports other agencies that cater to the protection of wildlife. He's also a member of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. BJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
