Elizabeth Stile brings to Halstead Property, LLC a unique blend of business and the arts. Halstead Property, LLC has provided her with the education that is required to face the challenges of being successful in a diverse and exhilarating city. She has been with Halstead for twelve years and since then has become a successful Sales Associate specializing in handling properties for both residential sales and rentals within Manhattan and Brooklyn. She is a member of Halstead's "Platinum Circle" which is a designation awarded to Sales Professionals who have handled the sale of a Manhattan property for One Million dollars or more, and Halstead's "Producer Council" which includes her in the top 20% of Sales Professionals measured by sales and rentals.
Elizabeth grew up on the Jersey shore where starting at the age of 13 she worked in several family owned businesses and restaurants. By the time she was 19 she was managing and supervising such operations. Through her hard work and dedication, she supported herself through college earning a BFA in Dance and Theater at Adelphi University in Garden City, Long Island. She has performed, taught and helped run several schools for dance and theater both in the United States and overseas. She has resided in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn for the past 24 years where she has served as a Co-op board member in her building. She also serves on the Vestry for the historical St. Mark's Church In-the-Bowery in the East Village.
Other interests include singing soprano with the St. Mark's Church In-the-Bowery Choir and studying yoga and ballet. She is also Pilates certified.
Her history within the Theatre and Restaurant businesses has enabled her to create personable relationships in all aspects of her work. Within the real estate community, she has developed a reputation for being extremely caring and hard working.
