Background
Edward earned his degree in Business and Culinary Arts, moved to Aspen, taught skiing then opened his own restaurant on Nantucket Island. He grew that venture into a company consisting of five restaurants in three states by the age of 28.
Moving to Manhattan in 1992, Edward brought his entrepreneurial spirit to our great city. He founded a real estate firm in the famous Bancroft building at 40 West 72nd and a second branch at 263 West 70th prior to being recruited by Halstead in 1995. Today, he still sets the standard for professionalism in the industry. His clients, colleagues, friends and family trust Mr. Herson as the consummate real estate advisor.
