With over two decades of Real Estate experience as a broker and an appraiser in both New York City and Connecticut, Holly Palance has the exceptional ability to coordinate and review a deal accurately, communicate her clients' needs and liaise with all involved. Full attention to customer service and clever deal making is her signature style. Her capacity to navigate the deal to a successful conclusion seems effortless and her goal is to exceed her customer's expectations.
Her natural ability to educate has produced a loyal clientele and has led her two grown sons to follow in her footsteps. Both are successful brokers today. In her past experience, Holly proved herself in the worlds of dance and theater management, as a Front of House Manager at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts and as a teaching partner in The Stanton School of Dance in Connecticut.
Holly served on the Board of Directors of the Central Connecticut Board of Realtors and had an influential role in instituting the practice of Buyer Agency in Connecticut. She maintains her Connecticut Real Estate License.
Her passion for dance continues as an avocation here in New York City's Salsa scene.
